How do I place an order?

Download the Pompalloons catalogue (accessible from the website menu), and find the items you want to order. Then please send an email to info@pompalloon.com with the article name(s), and specified quantities. We will get back to you, within 24 hours, with an order summary email. After your approval we will send a shipping notice when your package has been shipped, with your tracking number.

How soon will I get my Pompalloons?

After order confirmation, the Pompalloon order will be shipped within 1 business day. Shipping times may vary, but domestic shipments are usually delivered within 2 - 3 business days.

How big is the Pompalloons kit?

Kit boxes are 52.5 by 52.5 cm, with depths of 16 cm or 20 cm, depending on whether the box contains 2 or 4 units. Bulk orders are shipped in multiple boxes.

Can you invoice me?

Invoice payment is available for companies only, with a 15-day credit limit. Custom orders and preferred customers are invoiced on an instalment basis.

What payment methods are available?

While we are still building our webshop, the only payment method available is a 15-day invoice.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. However, due to the weight and size of Pompalloons kits, international shipping can be quite costly. Please contact us for a quote.

How much wind can Pompalloons handle?

Without additional ballast, a Pompalloon will hold its own in a fresh breeze (winds up to 7 meters per second). With added ballast, it will continue to be workable in a strong breeze (winds up to 10 m/s).

What is the lifespan of the stilt and base?

Your Pompalloon stilt is made of several pipe sections connected by couplers, together with a base attachment and a balloon cup. Not accounting for damage caused by accidents or misuse, these parts are likely to survive 10 - 15 display occasions, and often more.

Do I need backup balloons? How many?

We use high-quality balloons, with a failure rate of less than 2 in 100. However this does not account for accidents or the particular conditions (static, dust) of any given location. A safe ratio of backup balloons is about 1 to 10. That is, one backup balloon for every group of up to ten balloons intended for use.

What is your returns policy?

Pompalloons are carefully packaged to avoid accidents in transit. If nevertheless you find that any part of your Pompalloon kit is damaged on arrival, email us a photo of it, and we will send out a repair kit or replacement part as needed. We do not accept returns of full kits.

My balloon popped. Can I return it?

No, sorry. Our balloons are very robust and durable but they’re still balloons, and accidents can happen. The best insurance is to purchase back-up balloons, in case of mishaps.
